I recently posted that I ordered a pair of Marc Jacobs sandals. They arrived today, and they are lovely. The heel is 4.5" and the elevation is quite high since there's no platform. The heel cap is really odd, and barely covers my heel. It's interesting. They smell of wonderful Italian leather, and the heel is a brushed gold. Really cool.
Excuse my non-pedicured toes. They have been in hibernation. You can see in the above picture that my heel is hardly enclosed. Feels like I'm not wearing shoes, actually. I feel very privileged to own these shoes. They are definitely one of my favourites in my collection... The nude/pink leather is so girly, and of course the heel is a nice little surprise.
